As award-winning restaurateurs and veteran caterers, we are here to assist you in creating the party of your dreams. That said, the following menus are designed as guidelines to begin the planning process. We are happy to create menus that accommodate a variety of tastes, budgets and diets. We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards of excellence in food and service at catered events, as we do daily in our restaurant.

Prices are in effect for bookings through December 2015. We cannot guarantee pricing due to market conditions and mix of choices. In other words, every party we do is a customized event. Service charges are dependent upon both the style and size of your affair. We arrange all the staffing requirements, and will charge you separately. State food tax is 10% and liquor tax is 11%. For your convenience, we are happy to arrange all necessary rentals. We simply pass the cost on to you without any additional charges. Rental costs can vary greatly, depending upon your choices of both décor and service style.

As fully insured holders of Vermont Liquor Licenses, we are required to abide by the stringent laws regulating the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages in public places. As responsible hosts, we are sure you will be happy to help us fully comply with these laws. We can provide any sort of bar service, ranging from beer and fine wines to a complete selection of liquor, including cordials and exotic liqueurs.

Cocktail Hour

For a Cocktail Hour before dinner, an Hors D’oeuvre Selection can be assembled from this list and your suggestions. Prices start at $18 per person depending on your choices.

Our Buffet Philosophy: The food on a buffet table should be as fresh and appetizing as the food at a sit down dinner. Therefore, we prefer to serve foods on decorative platters, in relatively small quantities and replenish often. Our pricing reflects the extra care and effort that we take to avoid the “steam table blues”.

Sit Down Dinners

Plated dinners are wonderful because all the guests are served. It adds a degree of elegance to any occasion. We also recommend pre-ordering when possible. For large parties, we recommend the Combination Plates.

Combination Plates start at $40.00 per person.

Choose an Appetizer from any of our menus as a first course. Add a salad if you wish. Make a combination of 2 different dishes:
